About The Club

Welcome to The Fontegreca Social Club. Founded more than 40 years ago by our fathers, uncles, and other family members, our club was created to honor the town of Fontegreca, Italy—the place our families once called home. From the very beginning, the club has been a way for us to celebrate our heritage, strengthen family bonds, and keep the traditions of our ancestors alive for future generations.

Over the years, The Fontegreca Social Club has grown into more than a family organization. While our roots remain deeply connected to our relatives and shared history, we have also welcomed new friends as social members, extending the same warmth, laughter, and sense of belonging that have always defined our gatherings.

At the heart of our club is time spent together—sharing meals, stories, celebrations, and friendly competition on the bocce courts. Whether at a small family get-together or a lively social event, there is always something special happening, and of course, plenty of delicious food to bring everyone together.

We are especially proud of our recent expansion to our building in Smithfield, where we now enjoy two state-of-the-art indoor bocce courts and full kitchen facilities. This new space allows us to continue growing, hosting gatherings year-round, and creating new memories while staying true to the values and traditions that inspired our founding.
